Every now and then we get to thank a member for their hard work on behalf of the Legion. At our last General Meeting I was afforded that opportunity. Our President asked me to present Chris O'Donnell with his Deputy District Commander medal as well as his Past Deputy District Commander. Truly an honour for me to pass these on to Chris. Chris has done great things at our Legion and we are all proud of his accomplishments at the District level. Thank you for your service to the Legion Chris.

Canadian Military Women's Association 1ST REUNION.
There is still time to apply to attend the reunion June 5, 6, 7, 2026 which will be at Caesar's Resort and Convention Centre, Windsor, Ontario. There will be meet and greets, cash bars, buffet meals, plated dinner, silent auction, prize draws, excursions, evening entertainment, etc. The non refundable registration fee is $275.00 and can be emailed directly to the CMWA bank account at [email protected]. Please be sure to put you name and city and province of residence in the message section. So this is what volunteerism looks like. We have an automated paper towel dispenser. One person at our Legion knows how to refill it. That is what volunteerism looks like. Tell your friends. We are always looking for paper towel loaders!!!!! Lol

So question is do we remove spindles or paint ??? My suggestion is paint dark grey and leave them …. Thoughts???

This is what volunteerism looks like. A SUPER huge thank you to Richard Clark and Chris O'Donnell for their craftsmanship and energy. Richard took on the dart room today. He took the carpets down that were draped below the dart boards. He then filled the screw holes and spackled them and then primed the area for painting!!!!! Chris put his efforts towards the new wall covering in the Downstairs Lounge. It looks amazing!!!! Thanks so much to both of you!!!! We do better together.

Bad weather couldn’t stop us!!!! Thanks to all who braved the weather for the annual joemamma dart tournament!!! Collectively we raised $1005 for charity!!! Great job to all!!!!

Good day folks just want to remind everyone because of Good Friday Branch 37 will be closed Friday night However there is a dart shoot going on throughout the day and the bar and Salty’s will be open … so stop in have a breakfast sandwich or a burger wash that down with a drink of your choice and cheer on the dart players!!!
