Gentle Yoga classes are coming back to the Hi-U this Fall!

Mindfully connect with your breath, and gently build more strength and flexibility in your body. This class is a yoga fusion with a mix of Qigong. All levels welcome!

Join these 6 week sessions:
September 16 - October 21, 2026
Wednesdays, 5:00pm - 6:00pm

Come out and enjoy an End of Summer BBQ on Saturday, August 29 from 5:00pm - 7:00pm at the Ferintosh Hi-U Centre (1110 Glenmuir Ave, Ferintosh).

🍔 $10 – Burger or hot dog, potato salad & a pop
👧 $5 – Kids 12 and under
🍦 $4 – Add an ice cream cone!

Bring the family, grab some supper, and help us wrap up summer with good food and good company. We hope to see you there!
