The Grand Lodge No.24 is a Grammy award winning recording studio (The Sububs, Arcarde Fire, 2011). Only 30 minutes south of Montreal hidden in the old railway town of Farnham , built in 1886 , used as a
free masons temple , its 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms/full kitchen/lounge and 12/30' acoustic live room are the
perfect setting for any artist that wants to work in a cozy/private/spacious and professi

onal environment , to
quote Win Butler “The studio is amazing for recording in ” .Equiped with a Carlec mixing console formely
owned by (BBC , Black Sabbath , Arcade Fire) , an array of Mics , Fxs ,
tape machine , upright piano and much more.Emery Street Records's Francis Lemay & Seb Black are
not holding back on making this the " to go to " recording facility in Canada and even the world.
