As part of our Centenary celebrations, the Alberta–NWT Command of the Royal Canadian Legion invites Schools across Alberta and the Northwest Territories to participate in our Garden of Remembrance - School Poppy Garden Contest.

We encourage students, teachers, and their respective Schools to plant Poppies as a symbol of remembrance and to celebrate the Centenary year with us!

How to Join:
✔️ Plant poppies in a garden, designated area, or pots
📸 Once the Poppies bloom, the school should take photos of their Poppy Garden and share them through the school’s official Facebook, Instagram, or X account with the hashtags and

The deadline for entries is June 15, 2026.
