Congratulations, A well earned honour for someone who has volunteered a great deal for our community.

Esquimalt Chamber of Commerce is very grateful for Carolyn and all of our volunteer board members.

Congratulations to Carolyn McConnell McIsaac who received the Volunteer Spirit Award, presented at tonight's Council meeting. Carolyn was recognized for her many years of volunteer work with both the TCAC and the Esquimalt Chamber of Commerce.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us last night for another incredible Chamber event. We had a fantastic turnout, great conversations, and the absolute best hospitality.

Massive shout-out to our amazing hosts, Greg and Michie at Esquimalt Roasting Company, for welcoming our business community into their beautiful space.

Did you know Rainbow Kitchen collects Country Grocer Receipts?

With amazing supports in this town, 1% of the total sales are tabulated and then turned into gift cards that are re-distributed into the community and support places like Rainbow Kitchen and other great (local) community groups.

Drop off any Country Grocer receipts to Rainbow Kitchen at 500 Admirals Road. Anytime between 7am-1pm Monday-Friday.

Flow through Vinyasa with Kaitlyn (9:30–10:30), build strength in Core Foundations with Joanne (11–12), connect over our Community Social (12:15–1:15), settle into Hatha with Becca (1:30–2:30) — this class will be photographed/videoed for marketing), and unwind with Yin & Sound with Karen (3–4).
