'We Have Him Back,' by Brían Mac Suibhne, is an historically accurate account of the death, after 62 days on hunger strike, and subsequent kidnapping by the Dublin government of Frank Stagg's remains.

How they buried Frank in an unmarked grave with a 24 hour Garda presence for 18 months.

And how Frank's brother, George Stagg, fulfilled the promise he made to re-inter Frank's remains in the Republican Plot in Ballina, Co Mayo.

And the final song in our series of international songs featuring Bobby Sands is the 'Little Flame' by American singer-songwriter Carsie Blanton.

This is a live recording from the Róisín Dubh, Galway this year. In her intro Carsie explains how the song came about.

The picture in this video is of a mural that was unveiled in Rome, Italy for Bobby's 45th Anniversary earlier this year.

As we said in our first post in this series of international songs: The name and memory, of Bobby Sands has travelled, and lives on, far beyond our shores.

The penultimate song of international songs either about Bobby Sands or featuring him.

'Kantu Bat Gara' is a Basque song from Jon Maia, featuring Pitti and Gorka Hermosa.

The lyrics weave through the history of the Basque Country and its struggle for freedom and the importance of the Basque language, culture and poetry.

As well as mentioning Bobby Sands, it mentions Basque heroes Matalaz, Lauaxeta and Telesforo Monzon.

It also mentions Basque singer Xalbador, the Shepard of Urepele, and Spanish playwright Federico García Lorca.

And naturally, the Tree of Guernica, is referenced.

It's election day in Galway West and Dublin Central, and polls are now open until 10pm. If you live in either of these constituencies you can take the next step in getting rid of this failed FF/FG government.

A vote for Sinn Féin today is a vote to stand up against the government and tell them enough is enough.
