Recreation & Sport Attendant – Canada Summer Jobs Position

Communiskate Inc. is currently seeking a motivated and energetic Recreation & Sport Attendant to join our team for the summer season through the Government of Canada Canada Summer Jobs Program.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with the public, sports and recreation facilities, and being part of a fast-paced team environment.
Position Details
Start Date: June 22, 2026
Duration: 9 weeks
Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week
Location: Communiskate Inc., Emerald Park, SK
Potential Opportunity: Possibility to remain on as a casual part-time Arena Operator following the completion of the summer program
Duties May Include
Assisting with arena and recreation facility operations
Customer service
General cleaning and maintenance duties
Monitoring facility activities and helping ensure a safe environment
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, responsible, and motivated
Interest in sports, recreation, or facility operations is an asset
Must meet eligibility requirements for the Canada Summer Jobs Program
