πŸ’πŸ” As the season comes to a close, the BarDown Grill would like to thank our amazing community, including hockey and ringette players, City View Skating participants, families, coaches, officials, volunteers, and visiting teams for your support throughout the year.

Congratulations to all hockey and ringette teams and the skaters of City View Skating on a fantastic season! It has been wonderful watching athletes and skaters grow, build confidence, develop their skills, and achieve success in the activities they love.

This weekend will be our final weekend of the season before we close for the summer. We will reopen in the fall following the September long weekend and look forward to welcoming everyone back.

We are also excited for the inaugural season of Wizard Senior Hockey and can’t wait to be part of the action! πŸ§™β€β™‚οΈ

Thank you for your patience, kindness, and continued support throughout the year. Have a safe and enjoyable summer, and we’ll see you back at the rink this fall! πŸ’β€οΈ

COMMUNISKATE SUMMER MAINTENANCE SHUTDOWN

Communiskate will be closed for annual maintenance from June 22 to July 5, 2026, and will reopen on July 6, 2026.

This year's shutdown will be one of our biggest yet! In addition to removing and reinstalling the ice surface, we will be completing a number of facility improvements and undertaking a major capital project β€” the replacement and relocation of our ice plant system.

During the shutdown, our team and contractors will be hard at work completing maintenance, repairs, cleaning, painting, equipment servicing, and other upgrades to ensure the facility is ready for another great season.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while this work is being completed. We look forward to welcoming everyone back on July 6th to enjoy the improvements and another fantastic year at Communiskate!

Thank you for your continued support! πŸ’β„οΈ
