Had the honour today to hand out two cheques to The Fund For Children in Gander Nfld. One from The Riverton Elks #530 for $3000.00, and one from our Jr. Elks for $1000.00

👋 Saying goodbye to one scorcher of a weekend! 🥵☀️

What a weekend it was at the Souris Fairgrounds! The nine of us at the Souris Elks Canteen were bustling on our feet all day, and by supper time, I think everyone was definitely feeling the heat!

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by for a meal, a cold drink, a visit, or simply to say hello. We loved seeing our community come together to celebrate Peacock Days.

With all of the incredible events, entertainment, and activities throughout the weekend, it was amazing to see so many familiar and new faces enjoying everything our town has to offer. Weekends like this remind us just how special our community is and how much these events bring people together.

Thank you to everyone who supported the Souris Elks we truly appreciate each and every one of you. Until next time! 👋❤️

After a very successful fundraiser this last weekend with the Jr. Elks Fish Burger meal, The Jr. Elks will be donating part of the money raised to The Elks & Royal Purple Fund For Children for $1000.00, thanks to everyone that came out to the Fish fry meal, and supporting your Riverton Jr. Elks, the day was a hit
