Meet Sadie Baker! One of Elk Point’s wellness gems and comes highly recommended!

She is a registered massage therapist who graduated from ACMT in February 2025.

If you’re looking for a calming experience or a more focused and deep session she can offer both relaxation and deep tissue! Cupping can also be added to sessions at no additional cost and is highly recommended!

We’re so lucky to have so many talented people who care so deeply about wellness in our small town.

Follow her and book in for a session Sadie Baker 💎

One of the best parts about living in a small town is discovering the incredible people right here in our community.

We’re so excited to introduce Leanne, founder of The Wildflower Way, who is helping people across our region find healing, resilience, and peace through breathwork, meditation, grief support, and personal growth mentoring.

Whether you’re navigating grief, feeling overwhelmed, working through a major life transition, or simply looking to reconnect with yourself, Leanne has created a safe, welcoming space where you can slow down, breathe, and feel supported.

What makes this even more special? You don’t have to travel to a city to access this kind of care. It’s available right here in Elk Point.

The Wildflower Way offers:
🌿 Breathwork and meditation classes
🌿 Monthly Conscious Connected Breathwork group sessions
🌿 One on one breathwork sessions
🌿 Wildflower Grief Circles
🌿 One on one grief support
🌿 Personal growth mentoring
🌿 Customized sessions tailored to your needs

We love celebrating local businesses that make our community stronger, healthier, and more connected.
Welcome to Hello Elk Point, Leanne. We’re so grateful to have you here. 💛
