Portland Community Hall The largest community hall in the Township sits along the shores of Big Rideau Lake in Portland.

Regular activities include weekly Chit Chat coffee get togethers 10:30 to 12:00, senior exercise classes, Girl Guides, monthly Horticulture Society meetings, private parties, regular community potlucks, and many fundraising activities.
