A huge thank you to the Edson Elks for a very generous donation of $3,000.00 to the Lions Club of Edson. The donation presented by Elk member Ken Biron, is intended to help with our campground improvement project.

Well spent the better part of a weekend scrubbing and waxing the hall floor. Thanks to Neil Weiser for always being a reliable hand. Neil has vast knowledge about floor care.

Is there someone out there who has a stove that is in good working condition that they would be willing to donate or sell at a reasonable price? The electric one we have here in the Lions Hall needs to be replaced. This stove would be available to all in our community who use the hall. It would be greatly appreciated. These two ass clowns and maybe two more destroyed our sheds last night and got some expensive Stihl equipment. Have other video clips we plan to share when we get a chance to file the report. They spent a lot of time there.

Last June the Lions Club of Edson planted 200 Cotoneaster hedge shrubs,
70 Towering Aspen trees and 7 Sherbet trees. All of which survived last winter. These trees were paid for mostly by a $5,000.00 grant from Weyerhaeuser. We at the Lions Club of Edson, wanted to share how they are doing today. The Towering Aspen planted in the one area of our campground grew from 6’ to 11’- 12’ since they were planted last spring.
