Kinette Club of Edson The Kinette Club of Edson is a local non-profit group that helps gives back to the local community on

The Edson Kinettes work on many projects throughout the year. The Annual Toy Run (this kick starts our collections and awareness of our Christmas Hamper Project) in August We collect, organize and distribute Christmas food and Toy Hampers to families in December. We donate annually to all the schools to help provide snacks to the students (we call this our Mother Hubbard Program). We also donate

to local charities and organizations; McMan, SCOPE, Yellowhead Emergency Shelter, Victim Services, car seats to the Women, Infant & Nutrition Program (WIN). We also make annual donations to STARS and Cystic Fibroses (Kin Canada’s main charity). We also provide 1 graduation student $1000 scholarship towards their future education through our Parker Martin Memorial Scholarship. Organizations within our community are invited to submit requests for donations for events or activities they are hosting that benefit the community. We support as many community events as possible and volunteer as much as we can.

We are truly grateful and would like to extend our sincerest appreciation to Tim Hortons, McDonalds, A&W, Mountain Steak & Pizza, Subway, Coconut Tree, Shekinah, 7-11, SOBEYS, Independent and Baker Hughes for generously providing breakfast, snacks, and lunch all week to our dedicated Volunteers, your kindness and donations have made a significant impact and brought immense joy.

🎄❤️ We are truly honored, as Kinette Club of Edson , to help brighten Christmas for so many families this year. This program would not be possible without the incredible support of our community and the many volunteers who took time out of their own busy lives to lend a hand.

We want to gently remind everyone that this entire program is run by volunteers. Every hamper is prepared with care, compassion, and the shared goal of helping others during the holiday season. As we work to deliver over 400 Christmas hampers this year, we kindly ask for grace and understanding if we missed acknowledging someone or if any mistakes were made along the way.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone who helped make this possible. We wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! 🎄✨
