Edmonton Organic Growers Guild Are you hungry for healthy? We are a communal urban farm run by volunteers who grow food for themselves and for those in need within the city.

Enjoy the rewards of volunteering to grow vegetables for those in need, harvest some vegetables for your own use, while staying physically active and making new friends! Located on the University of Alberta South Campus, you can easily access our gardens by LRT, car, or bike. Unlike many community gardens, we garden communally. There are no individual plots. This means that communication, give and

take, and friendliness are important. And we're all volunteers--everyone is responsible for the garden's success. For more information, check out this video:

We will soon be starting up again. If you’ve been following us and are considering volunteering this year, please send an email to [email protected]. We will send you a membership form with all information you need.

We ask volunteers to try and help out 12 hours per month from late April to early October. No gardening experience needed.
