🎅🎅Christmas Sponsorship 🎅🎅

‼️This post is for sponsors only or future sponsors. It is not a place for you to comment asking for a sponsorship.‼️

I know it’s only the beginning of October but it’s that time of year again. I am trying to find out what sponsors are returning, if we have new members that want to be a sponsor? Also if you want to sponsor a family I need to know what size family you want to sponsor and what option you want to do? Also, whether or not you will cover the family pets?

We ask for sponsors to provide each child with a pair of PJs , one outfit and a toy. If you wish to purchase extra gifts you are welcome to do so. we also ask for PJs for the parents and a small gift

If the family has pets we ask you to provide them with a bag of pet food as well. If you want also a small pet treat/toy

If sponsoring a family please inform me what option you want to provide

Option #1 gifts/clothes/ toys , Christmas dinner and bonus items of a box of mandarin oranges, box of chocolates, and some candy canes 

Option #2 gifts/ clothes/ toys Christmas dinner, Christmas breakfast and the bonus items of a box of mandarin oranges, box of chocolates, and some candy canes 

Option #3 gifts, dinner, breakfast , bonus items and all extra hamper food items and personal hygiene items -This is FULL sponsorship

Option #4- Christmas dinner, Christmas breakfast and bonus items -we woukd try to find another sponsor to do gifts

Option #5 - Extra Hamper food items and personal hygiene items -these items help to provide families financial relief through January as these are items they don't need to purchase for themselves -we woukd match you with a family doing option #2

Option #6- Random toys/ gifts that will be included for draws during our 21 Days of Giving

Option #7- Christmas dinner only that includes the $25 gift card. These would be included with our draws during our 21 Days of Giving

Our hampers include the following items This is for a family of 2-4 people please add extra items as needed depending on family size

Christmas Dinner includes
Turkey and ham
10 lbs Potatoes
3 -Gravy packages
3 boxes turkey Stuffing
1-can Cranberry Sauce
5 lb Bag of mini carrots
2 cans peaches and cream corn
2 cans greens beans
Margarine
Buns

Christmas Breakfast includes
Pancake Mix
Syrup
Bacon
Eggs
Hot cereal
Cold cereal
4L-Milk
2-1L orange juice
2-1L apple juice

Bonus treats
Mandarin oranges
Box of chocolates

Extras hamper items to last into the new year

Kraft Dinner-6 boxes
Pasta
Pasta Sauce -2 cans or jars
Lipton Sidekicks -4
Minute rice -1 box
Boxed potatoes-mashed/scallops -2 boxes of each
Canned soup-6 cans
Crackers -box with 4 packages(saltines)
canned tuna -4
Granola bars -1 or 2 boxes
Pudding cups-1 or 2 boxes
Yogurt tubes/cups
Flour -5 lb

PS‼️ If you can’t sponsor a family we are also looking for families to provide Christmas Dinners only - these will go to families not sponsored for Christmas. This includes the items on the list below as well as the $25 gift certificate ‼️

Christmas Dinner includes
Turkey or Ham

3 packages Turkey gravy mix
3 boxes Turkey stuffing
Cranberry Sauce
Between 3 to 5 lbs bags mini carrots
2 cans of green beans
2 cans niblets corn

Plus a $25 gift card to purchase buns, dessert etc

‼️We are also looking for new pyjamas and new or like new items that we can use as draw items during our 21 days of giving starting on December 1. These items are put up as draws on The Campaign to Empower the Community page for families to win to use as Christmas presents for their family members. These draws are for family families that did not receive sponsorship. If you are able to help with this, we have multiple drop off locations throughout the city in Sherwood Park, Saint Albert, West Edmonton mall area, Millwoods, Capilano and North Edmonton ‼️

Sponsors we need your help🚴‍♀️

We have approximately 100 bikes waiting to be repaired. We have just been offered the opportunity to pick up 60 more bikes.

We have about 30 bikes for sale. We are trying to sell these bikes to raise funds to buy bike parts to fix the other bikes. I have just purchased $600 worth of bike parts for some of the bikes, but we need a lot more funds as there is still a lot of parts needed 

We are hoping that Sponsors would like to purchase a bike whether it be for themselves, a family member or one that they would like donated back out to a child/teenager in need. For any of the Bikes purchased we would do as a draw for the families to be given the opportunity to get a bike they could not otherwise afford .

Hearts nonprofit is selling these brand new bikes that were donated to us so that we can raise funds. We then use these funds to fix and repair bikes that we donate out to families in need. We have already donated over 3100 bikes in the last six years.
