Bravo Zulu on your promotion, PO1 Herath.
..

A cadet’s promotion is not automatic; it is a recognition of their merit and effort. To move up in rank, a cadet must successfully meet specific criteria, which primarily includes completing all required training for their current level and demonstrating they have gained the necessary skills. This process ensures the cadet is fully prepared for the increased responsibilities of the next rank. The final decision rests with the Commanding Officer, who confirms the cadet has earned the promotion through their successful performance and commitment to the corps training.
