Good afternoon everyone,

Today is our last day we will be open so if you are still wishing to pick up a tree this year, today is your last chance!

We are sold out of a select few of the larger sizes but still have some of the smaller ones left. We are open from 3:00-9:00!

With the weekend warming up after our cold snap, we are open all weekend till 9:00pm! Come on down to our lot and pick out your tree for the holidays!

With today being a little warmer than yesterday, we are open for today (Decemeber 12) and this weekend for you to come get your tree for the holidays! We still have stock of most tree options and are hoping to have a busy weekend!

Good afternoon,

Due to the weather, and temperature reaching -30C with the windchill, we have decided to not open today (December 11th). We apologize for any inconvenience but our volunteers can’t be out in that weather and be safe.

As tomorrow is forecasted to be similar, we may be closed but will update tomorrow afternoon. Saturday (December 13th) should be business as usual for the weekend!

Hey everyone!

We are now a few days into our sale and we are happy to have seen everyone that came out already! We still have trees available so come on down to get yours today!

We still have stock on most types and are open all day today till 9:00pm. Weekdays are 3:00pm-9:00pm and Weekends are 9:00am-9:00pm!

December 1st is here and that means today is the day! We are excited to open up this afternoon at 3:00 pm for this years sale! Below is our pricing for available trees!

We look forward to opening up and seeing everyone come out! As a reminder, as part of our charity donations this year, we are accepting non-perishable food bank donations for our UofA Campus Food Bank!

We just wanted to take a moment now that we are under two weeks away from our sale starting to give out the details again! You can feel happy that your purchase of a Christmas tree not only makes your Christmas more special, but also goes towards supporting the UofA Campus Food Bank and the Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation!

Sale starts: December 1st

Sale ends: When we run out of trees!

Location: Corbett Field (just south of the University hospital)

Hours of operation: Weekdays: 3:00pm - 9:00pm. Weekends: 9:00am - 9:00pm

Pricing: will be finalized and posted next week

Good morning to our loyal supporters,

Each year, your continued support helps us grow the U of A Forest Society and provide more opportunities for our forestry students. Thanks to you, we’re able to keep improving the quality of our annual Christmas Tree Sale and the experiences it offers to both our members and our local community.

This year, we’re hoping to replace our on-site volunteer trailer, which has served us well over the years but is now showing its age with leaks and wear. We’re looking for a small camper trailer that could be donated or sold at a low cost to help keep our volunteers warm during the sale—and potentially serve double-duty as storage and travel support for our new Logger Sports Team.

If you or someone you know has a camper trailer available, please message our page! We’d be incredibly grateful for any leads or support.

Thank you once again for helping make our events possible. We’re excited to open our Christmas Tree Sale once again in just over a month’s time!
