The Afro-Caribbean Food Bank Canada Centre is committed to reducing food insecurity, strengthening cultural identity, and advancing the social and
economic well-being of Black, Afro-Caribbean, African, and newcomer communities across Edmonton and the surrounding region. What Our Charity Supports
The ACFBCC supports individuals and families experiencing hunger, economic hardship, cultural displacement, and limited access to nutritious, culturally familiar foods. We serve low-income households, newcomers, seniors, youth, and vulnerable populations who face systemic barriers to food security and social inclusion. In addition to food distribution, we support community well-being through cultural education, wellness initiatives, outreach services, and partnerships that strengthen collective resilience.
