Looking for Volunteers!

The 2026 Alberta Walk for Williams Syndrome is due to be held in Calgary this year. We need one or more volunteers to take the lead on coordinating the Calgary event.

A belated thank you to everyone who attended the 2025 Walk for the CAWS in Edmonton! It was a beautiful day and such a pleasure to see you all.

Our biggest fundraiser was Team Kasper, who raised $1280!
Our largest team was Team Maddy, with 18 supporters!

We're still tallying results, but net proceeds look to be about $4000.

Thanks to all who helped pull the event together, including manning the registration table, managing the last-minute t-shirt delivery, cooking up lunch, doing glitter tattoos and face painting, setting up and tearing down, and all the bits in between that make the walk a success.

Until next year! See you in Calgary :)

Hey everyone!

Can't wait to see you at the walk tomorrow! Our T-shirt order is a bit delayed, so dig into your closets and rock a shirt from a previous year. We'll have extra shirts from past walks for anyone new.

Bring along chairs, picnic blankets, and fun stuff like soccer balls or frisbees. It's going to be sunny, so remember hats, sunscreen, and water.
