We are a fully accredited organization through Accreditation Canada. We are a registered Charity incorporated under the Societies Act of Alberta. Services offered are:

-Palliative Care (George's House)

💙 Take 30 seconds to help people experiencing homelessness receive dignified end-of-life care!

Our proposal, “Beyond Five Beds,” is part of the 2026 Field Law Community Fund Program. It would restore community outreach at George’s House, helping residents stay connected to family and community and extending support to people who can’t yet access one of our five beds.

At the George Spady Society, lived experience is part of everything we do.

Through our Client and Family Advisory Committee, focus groups, surveys, and ongoing service user, staff and partner feedback the people we serve help shape our decisions — from paint colours to policies!

We're proud to have people with lived and living experience working throughout our organization as nurses, social workers, case managers, support workers, recovery coaches, support services staff, and leaders.

Their knowledge, insight, and perspectives make our programs stronger, more compassionate, and more responsive to the people we serve.

Lived experience doesn't just inform our work. It helps shape who we are and what we do. 🌳 💚
