Edmonton Junior Tennis Society is a community tennis program funded and supported by Tennis Canada, Tennis Alberta and generous sponsors. We provide affordable and accessible tennis programs for children and families in gyms, community centers, clubs and schools. With an emphasis on skill development, children participate in mini-tennis formats that use age and skill appropriate equipment and court sizes, to ensure early success and enjoyment.

One of our favourite traditions at Meadows happens every season during the final class,
Last Day Fun Day! 🎉

Coach Keith organizes a special session where players get to invite their parents or guardians onto the court to join in on the fun. It’s a wonderful way to celebrate all the hard work from the season, share some laughs, and make lasting memories together. 💙

A huge shout out to our incredible Meadows coaching team, Keith, Hoang, Miguel, and Emma, for another fantastic season filled with learning, encouragement, and fun on the courts.

What an incredible day at our Leadership Conference for Girls & Women Sport!

A heartfelt thank you to our speakers, Stacey Fung, Dr. Shazma Mithani, and Bridget Casey, for sharing their experiences, insights, challenges, and successes. Their stories inspired meaningful conversations and empowered everyone in attendance to continue pursuing leadership opportunities both in sport and beyond.

🎾 What an incredible day at TENNISfest 2026! 🎾

Thank you to everyone who helped make this event such a success.

To our sponsors, partners, coaches, volunteers, staff, and community supporters—thank you for your time, energy, and dedication to growing the game of tennis in our community. Your support helped create an unforgettable experience for players and families of all ages.

We would also like to extend a special thank you to Andrew Boitchenko, Alberta’s Minister of Tourism and Sport, for joining us and sharing a few words about the importance of sport, recreation, and community participation across our province.

A heartfelt thank you as well to professional tennis player Stacey Fung for joining us at TENNISfest. Stacey generously spent time playing against participants, sharing valuable tips, and inspiring players of all ages with her skill, enthusiasm, and love for the game.

Most importantly, thank you to every participant who came out to learn, play, challenge themselves, and celebrate the sport we love. From first-time players picking up a racquet to experienced athletes enjoying the festivities, your enthusiasm and passion made the day truly special.

TENNISfest is all about bringing our community together through tennis, and thanks to all of you, we did exactly that.
