Did you know there was a UoA Varsity Ski Club back in the 30’s? The ski club brought students together and created a ski hub in the North Saskatchewan River valley near campus. The club fostered a shared sense of community belonging as members worked together to plan Sunday Ski Hikes, ski competitions, and the construction of a ski club cabin.

Get excited for winter and come hear our very own volunteer coordinator Lyndsay Conrad step back in time and explore this legacy.
