National Day for Truth & Reconciliation, or Orange Shirt Day is a day to remember and reflect on the thousands of Indigenous children who never made it home. Today we share our solidarity with the Indigenous people of this land who continue to be affected. We must continue to show ongoing support and solidarity to truly make steps towards reconciliation.

Today we reflect on our tour to China in 2007, when we shared the stage with Blackfoot Medicine Speaks Dance Company. Together we shared stories about our cultures and traditions to audiences in China.

In July, we hosted an incredible Cheremosh Masterclass! It was a wonderful week filled with learning, growth, and lots of dancing.

A huge thank you to Anna Frolova and Kostya Frolov for sharing your knowledge, experience, and skills with our dancers. We are so grateful for everything you taught us and for making the week so special! ❤️

Cheremosh had a wonderful performance this afternoon at the Wild Rose Old Time Fiddle Festival! 🎻

We had the opportunity to perform alongside an incredible group of fiddlers, including our very own Chumak I dancer, Margot, making the day even more special.

Today was also bittersweet as we celebrated the retirement of longtime Cheremosh dancer, Julia. Thank you for your years of dedication!

Thank you to the Wild Rose Old Time Fiddle Festival for having us! 💙❤️
