The Edmonton Heritage Festival is built by community, for community.
We are currently recruiting for our Board of Directors and are seeking individuals who have attended the Festival and are passionate about multiculturalism and inclusion.

Our 2025 Volunteer Scholarship winners! 🎓✨

Every year, we’re blown away by the dedication of our student volunteers. Their energy, time, and hard work are what keep our festival thriving, and we are so grateful for all they contribute.

Thanks to the generosity of Drs. Kenton & Kenman Gan and the Kay & Steve Hrudey Memorial Fund, we’re able to celebrate that commitment with 19 scholarships awarded annually. These scholarships are made possible because of the positive experiences our sponsors have had as volunteers and what they see in the volunteers who give so much of themselves.

If you’re a student and donate 10 or more hours during the festival, you can enter for a chance to win.

Volunteer sign-up opens again in May 2026—mark your calendar and join us for another unforgettable year. 🎉
