North East Edmonton Alliance- NEEA We support the responsible and balanced draft ASP in its current form.

NEEA & Friends is a group of landowners and residents in Edmonton’s North East (Horse Hill) who have banded together to ensure their voices are heard in development plans for this area of land. We support developing this land for new communities, while incorporating green space-parks, trails and agriculture- as is outlined in the draft ASP. Other groups, such as GEA who own no land in this area, w

ant to block the development of this land, and essentially sterilize large tracts citing concerns over food security. These groups are asking the City to impose unnecessary and unrealistic restrictions on our land-that we own- and infringe on our property rights. As property owners and residents of Horse Hill, NEEA believes our voice should be heard as these plans are developed and our property rights respected.
