In its third iteration, this free festival throws open the rehearsal hall

doors to welcome the community into the world of theatre creation. StageLab offers an exciting collection of three new works examining pivotal societal and cultural themes:

House of Furies | conceived by Kathleen Weiss and Nadien Chu
June 26 - 9:30pm

June 28 - 8:30pm
a new creation examining the way in which women denied political access become violent and full of rage. A Musta Be: Maskihkiy Maskwa Iskwew | written by Jane Heather and Old Earth Productions | directed by Jane Heather
June 26 - 7:30pm
June 27 - 7:3pm
June 29 - 2pm & 7:30pm
interwoven stories of three Aboriginal women at different ages and stages of their lives who are touched and guided by Bear Medicine. Grow, Grow, Grow! | written by Tololwa M Mollel, directed by Jan Selman
June 27 - 4:30pm
June 28 - 7pm
June 29 - 4pm
the rich story of a poor orphaned maid, her dead mother, a mango tree that grows when sung to, and a bitter feud that divides a town.
