Free dinner and $100 credit to apply to community programs or an AGLC approved organization.

Growing up has never been simple. "Emotional Resilience for Teens" is a program that gives teens ages 13-19 space to slow down, reflect, build mindfulness skills, and connect with others, away from screens and everyday pressures.

Based on Unplugging from the Game: Remembering the Real You and its companion Teen workbook, the program combines story, reflection, meaningful conversation and social connection in a welcoming group setting.

📅 Sundays from Sept. 27 through Nov. 1
🕐 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
📍 Edmonton Public Library locations in Jasper Place and Abbottsfield
$300 + GST for the six-week program; books purchased separately. Space is limited. Register now to reserve your teen’s spot.

6-week emotional resilience and mindfulness program for teens in Edmonton, combining story, reflection, practical tools, and peer connection to build self-awareness, resilience, emotional regulation, and inner confidence.

"Wags 'n Wheels" event by Viva Pets YEG is in their parking lot from 1pm-4pm. Have a walk over! Food truck Pupuseria Hailey will be serving their tasty times.
