A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for the 2026 CHF Stars Awards Gala, presented by AMAN Builders!

We came together to celebrate five remarkable people pursuing their education, building their careers and contributing to their communities.

Their stories remind us why stability matters, and what can happen when people have the opportunity to build from a strong foundation. Congratulations to our 2026 award scholarship recipients! We are so proud to celebrate you.

To our donors, partners, volunteers, staff and guests: thank you for helping make opportunities like these possible. A special thank you to Mayor Andrew Knack, Councillor Keren Tang, Councillor Thu Parmar and Councillor Michael Janz for joining us in celebrating this year's recipients.

A home can be where life begins. With the right support, there is so much that can come next. Together, we’re building stronger foundations for individuals, families, and our city.

A little support can help shape what comes next. 🩵💛

On International Day of Charity, we’re celebrating the generosity that helps create opportunities for Civida residents.

Through the Civida Housing Foundation, donor support helps residents pursue their goals and take their next steps.

⭐🏠 This year, we’re celebrating the Civida residents, community partners, and leaders who make a difference in our community.

For one student, receiving a Stars Award meant so much more than help with tuition. It was recognition of their hard work, community involvement, and the future they’re working toward.

“It is actually really cool that a panel of people looked at my work and decided that I was worthy of it. It is really emotionally amazing to know that I’ve been so instrumental in the community that I deserve something like this.”

We’re so proud to celebrate our community and the opportunities that help students build brighter futures.

Join us at this year’s celebration! 💙
