A Bittersweet Farewell🤍
A message from Bean:
“Hello ReYu Family,
For the past several years, I’ve had the privilege of serving as both Executive Director and Chair of the Board, along with many other roles that come with building and growing an organization like ours. People often tell me, “I don’t know how you do it,” and the truth is, I don’t really know either haha. Living with a disability has taught me that life is full of change, whether we ask for it or not. And while change can be hard, it’s also the only constant in life.
This is a big change for me personally and for ReYu, but it’s a change that will bring growth, fresh energy, and so much positive momentum for everyone.
I’ve transitioned out of the Executive Director role as of August 1st so I can focus on two things: continuing as Chair of the Board, and dedicating myself fully to my work as a keynote speaker. Speaking has become one of the most powerful ways for me to remove barriers, shift perceptions, and share both my story and our mission with audiences everywhere. Every stage I step onto is another opportunity to spread ReYu’s message and amplify the impact we’ve all worked so hard to create.Â
I’m endlessly grateful to every one of you, our clients, families, supporters, and friends, for making ReYu what it is. You are the reason this community exists, and the reason it will continue to grow.
