June is Indigenous History Month, an opportunity to recognize and celebrate the cultures, histories, contributions and resilience of the many first Nations peoples across Turtle Island.
It is also a time to reflect, listen and continue the work of truth and reconciliation in our communities.
Let's remind ourselves that reconciliation is not just a conversation, but an ongoing commitment to listening, learning and building stronger relationships rooted in respect.
