Our Indigenous Men's Wellness Group is returning on Wednesday, June, 17 2026.
This gathering offers a supportive and culturally grounded space for Indigenous men to come together and share experiences. Al Crawford will share his love for drumming and lead the group in song. Through connection, conversation, and community, we honour strength, healing, and balance in mind, body, and spirit.
Food will be provided, and door prizes will be available.
Boys under the age of 18 are welcome with a guardian present. All Indigenous men are welcome.
