This Thursday, we're talking about what's really behind those out-of-character moments of anger that affect so many moms, and how unmet needs can contribute to those big feelings. Understanding where those intense emotions comes from can help us approach it with more compassion instead of shame. 💕

Today, we wear orange to honour the survivors of residential schools, their families, and the children who never made it home 🧡

In 1973, six-year-old Phyllis Jack Webstad wore a bright orange shirt her grandmother had bought for her on her first day of residential school. It was taken from her that day, along with a piece of home, family, and culture.

Her story helped inspire Orange Shirt Day and the message Every Child Matters, a reminder of the children who were taken from their families and the lasting impact of residential schools.

Today, orange is a symbol of remembrance, solidarity, and our ongoing commitment to truth and reconciliation.
