This National Volunteer Month, we’re proud to recognize Jodi Zabludowski from Edmonton, a long-time leader whose impact is felt across every level of her chapter and beyond. 💙

Jodi Zabludowski is a long-time leader whose impact is felt across every level of her chapter and beyond. She plays a vital role in connecting Na’amat with the broader Jewish and non-profit community, offering insight and guidance that supports everything from fundraising and publications to partnerships and programming.

Jodi is often the behind-the-scenes person who ensures everything runs smoothly. She hosts meetings, organizes speakers, and is always ready to step in when needed. This year alone, she independently coordinated a school-supply initiative in support of a local women’s shelter, demonstrating both leadership and compassion.

Her knowledge, experience, and thoughtful approach help guide executive decisions and strengthen the work of those around her. Though she may not always seek the spotlight, her contributions are central to so many of the chapter’s successes.

Jodi, thank you for your dedication, humility, and the meaningful impact you make in our community. We are so grateful for you. 💐

Our hearts are with the community of Tumbler Ridge following the tragic shooting at Tumbler Ridge Secondary School.

We mourn with the families who have lost loved ones, pray for healing for those who were injured, and hold in our thoughts the students, educators, first responders, and all who are carrying the weight of this moment.

Schools must be places of safety, learning, and hope. When violence touches a school community, it affects us all.
