Breaking the Silence Mental Health Walk and Run

Breaking the Silence Mental Health Walk and Run "Break the Silence" around the stigma of mental health issues and discover the resources available in your community.

Our Vision: To inspire change through awareness

About the Cause: It doesn’t matter who you are, where you come from, or what you do for a living- at some point in each of ourselves we are affected by mental health or mental illness. This encounter may be a personal struggle, or it may be a friend, family member or even a co-worker. The question that we pose to all of you is, how many of us activ

ely draw awareness to the struggles, the barriers and the stigma associated with mental health disease? Furthermore, how many of us are aware of the treatments, resources and support networks available to those who struggle?

Confidence on the courts leads to confidence in life. πŸ’ͺ🏽

From mastering the serve to learning real life skills, the youth really brought the heat!

Through pickleball, we are helping the next generation build confidence, manage emotions, and smash the stigma surrounding mental health.

One game, one conversation, and one connection at a time. 🎾
