Serving, Learning, Leading in YEG 🚒🚓🚑 Our group is tailored for young individuals aged 14-17 with an interest in emergency services.

Through our partnership with Western Canada Fire and First Aid, we offer extensive training in first aid, fire safety, and emergency response. Our curriculum focuses on practical skills, leadership, and teamwork, preparing members for real-world situations and potential careers in emergency services.

🚨 Hands-On Learning with a Special Guest! 🚒💨

This week, our Emergency Services Vocational Scouting (ESVS) members had the incredible opportunity to train with Andrew Spence—Advanced Care Paramedic, Firefighter, and Director of Integrated Emergency and Safety Services. As a member of Strathcona County Emergency Services, Andrew brought his expertise in technical rescue, giving us an inside look at real-world emergency response techniques.

We had the privilege of learning in the training spaces he helped create at Western Canada Fire & First Aid, making this an unforgettable, hands-on experience for our future first responders! 🙌🔥
