The Alberta Chambers of Commerce (ACC) is a federation of 116 chambers of commerce, which in turn represent more than 24,000 businesses. The ACC improves our members’ business interests by developing policy and advocating to the provincial and federal governments. The Alberta Chambers coordinates with community chambers of commerce to achieve the lowest possible tax and regulatory burdens for our members. Here are just some of the ways the Alberta Chambers of Commerce serves our members:

* Reviews new legislation or amendments to existing acts and regulations for business implications, communicating potential concerns or opportunities to our members,

* Coordinates our advocacy efforts through the chambers of commerce network in Alberta and across Canada, and

* Liaises between members and government.

Building connections and creating opportunities for Alberta businesses.

ACC's recent trade missions to DEFSEC Atlantic in Halifax and NABOC in Osoyoos connected Alberta businesses with decision-makers, potential customers and strategic partners across Canada.

At DEFSEC Atlantic, delegates showcased Alberta's strengths in engineering, manufacturing, technology, and Indigenous-led enterprise while exploring opportunities in Canada's growing defence and security sector. At NABOC, businesses strengthened relationships, generated new leads, and explored partnership, procurement, and supply chain opportunities.

Thank you to our delegates, partners, and ACC's Shauna Feth and Robin Bobocel for representing Alberta business.
