EDF Silent Auction and Pub Night!
WHEN: Saturday February 21st, 2015
Where: Canadian Brewhouse
9538 Ellerslie Road, Edmonton
Time: 6:30 -10:30p.m.

We cordially invite all parents and guests to join us at our EDF Silent Auction! This event is your opportunity to support the EDF Company Dancers by raising funds to support their expenses while travelling outside of Edmonton. This silent auction is also an opportunity to catch up with old friends and meet new friends in a fun PUB atmosphere. The Canadian Brewhouse is only a few blocks from the studio, so we are hoping to get as many guests as possible to make the auction a success. Tickets are $20.00 which includes a credit of $5.00 towards an appetizer. Tickets can be purchased at the EDF office Saturdays 2-5:30 pm.

Due to the large amount of product that was ordered, there will be 2 pickup options for the Mundare Fundraiser. If you would like to choose Option 1 FRIDAY Dec 12th, please send an email prior to Thursday Dec 11 to [email protected] otherwise your order will be available for pickup on Saturday morning.
The Mundare orders will be available for pickup at the EDF dance studio

Just in time for some early Christmas shopping, magazine subscriptions and renewals offer an easy way to do some Christmas shopping while fundraising for your dancer and the studio.

Back by popular demand is the Mixing Spoon fundraiser. This fundraiser is a great way to help your individual fundraiser dancing account. This fundraiser will run from October 1st to the 25th, with delivery of the product close to the end of November.

Order forms will be available at the front desk in the dance studio starting October 1st. Order deadline is OCTOBER 25, 2014.

EDF Parent Association will be taking orders for DVDs and Blu Rays for the Year End Recital 2013-14 season on Tuesday, October 14 between 6 and 8 pm. Planned delivery is early November 2014. DVDs are $40.00 and Blu Rays are $45.00. Cash only – no cheques or credit cards. Contact Denise ([email protected]) with questions.

Welcome back to another busy year at the Edmonton Dance Factory. The Parent Association's Annual General Meeting has been moved to Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at 6:30 pm at the EDF studio. This is a great opportunity to be involved in the activities supporting the dancers attending EDF as well as it is a source of information and experience.

Just a reminder to check you email From EDF - dress rehearsal & recital- for the information regarding the dress rehearsal Friday and performance Saturday. Parents are to drop off their children and pick them up according to the times listed. Parents cannot be in the auditorium for the rehearsal.

EDF Parent Association’s next meeting is Wednesday, May 7th at 6:30 pm at the EDF studio. We will be discussing photo week and year end recital details. It is a good opportunity to learn the ins and outs of these activities. Please plan to attend so your views and concerns can be addressed.

The Edmonton Dance Factory Parent Association will be taking DVD and Blue Ray orders for the Solo/Duet Show and the Year End Recital at the Solo/Duet Show, picture week, and the Year End Recital. Orders for Solo/Duet shows and Year End Recital for previous years can also be taken at these times. Orders will not be taken after the Year End Recital, May 31, 2014. The cost for DVD is $40.00 and Blue Ray is $45.00. Payment is required to process order (DVDs $40.00 for each Solo/Duet Show and each Year End Recital; Blue Rays $45.00 for each Solo/Duet Show and each Year End Recital). Payment may be cash or cheque made out to EDFPA. The DVDs and Blue Rays will be available in mid-June with costume refunds and picture pickup.
