To Our Amazing Volunteers!!!

As we mark National Volunteer Week (April 19-25), I want to take a moment to recognize and celebrate each of YOU—the dedicated individuals who give your time and energy to help stop impaired driving and support victims and survivors of this violent crime.

For nearly four decades, volunteers have been the backbone of MADD Canada. YOU contribute in meaningful ways, planning and attending meetings, organizing sobriety checkstops and fundraisers, engaging elected officials and working directly with victims and survivors. In every role you take on, YOU help carry our mission forward and create safer communities across the country.

This year’s theme, Ignite Volunteerism, reflects the impact YOU make every day. YOU spark change, reaching communities from coast to coast, and helping to save lives and prevent injuries.

During the week, we will shine a light on some of the extraordinary contributions of our volunteers across our social media channels. Please share these stories and celebrate one another. While we are not able to feature all of our incredible volunteers, these stories reflect the dedication of our entire community.

On behalf of all of us at MADD Canada, THANK YOU so much for the selfless work that you do! Together, we will continue to work to ensure Impaired Driving Ends Here.

With sincere gratitude,

Tanya - MADD National President MADD Canada
