🥎 Big thanks to all the volunteers that helped out at this year’s Jette Cup concession! This included Burn Unit staff, fire retirees, and some of our Class 160 probies. 🚒❤️

Jette is an annual softball tournament held within the department. Through sales of burgers, snacks, dranks, and 50/50 tickets, over $1,800 was raised! Appreciate everyone that made purchases to fill their bellies and try their luck throughout the day!

Special shoutout to our sponsors for donating food and/or giving us sweet deals, so more money from concession purchases could go towards our charity!

A huge thank you and shout out to Leduc Guard of Honour for their INCREDIBLY GENEROUS donation of $20,000!! This money will go directly towards the Alberta Firefighter’s Burn Camp for Children. Huge thanks to Southbound Brewing, and everyone that hit them up on Saturday night, to support our charity. With donations and sales of their Raspberry Hero Wheat Ale, Southbound was able to present us with a cheque for $1,500!! Heyo!!

Nestled in the heart of Edmonton, Southbound is a small taproom brewery serving up an incredible lineup of craft beverages. Their Blonde Ale is a local favourite, but you’ll also find rotating seasonal brews, hoppy IPAs, dark beers, and unique small-batch creations.

Not a beer drinker? No problem. Southbound also offers cider, ready-to-drink cocktails, and non-alcoholic options.

Golf Tournament Postponed
Due to inclement weather and in the interest of ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants, sponsors, volunteers and supporters the June 1st Edmonton Firefighters Golf Classic has been postponed.

📅 New Tournament Date: Monday, September 14

We appreciate your understanding and continued support of this event. We look forward to seeing everyone on the course this fall for great day of golf, and support for our charity.
