What a great way to spend this past Saturday! ☀️

A huge thank you to Virtual Heart Connection for hosting another wonderful picnic. It was a fantastic day filled with fun, laughter, and meaningful connections with heart families.

We are so grateful for the opportunity to come together and create lasting memories. We can't wait to do it all again next year! ❤️

Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible heart moms, caregivers, and mother figures in our CHS family 💛

From hospital stays and sleepless nights to celebrating milestones and everyday victories, your strength, love, and advocacy never go unnoticed. You are the comfort during hard days and the biggest cheerleaders through every step of the journey.

This weekend, CHS had the opportunity to drop off flowers at the Stollery Children’s Hospital to help brighten the day for some amazing moms spending Mother’s Day alongside their heart warriors. We hope this small gesture reminded them that they are supported, appreciated, and never alone on this journey 🌷

Today we celebrate you — for the care you give, the sacrifices you make, and the unconditional love you show each and every day.

We asked our CHS kids what their favourite part of Jasper weekend was—and they had lots to say! ❤️ Their answers were a great reminder of just how special this weekend is for everyone involved.

There’s so much to look forward to each year, from outdoor hikes in the mountains to our teen gaming tournament, creative arts and crafts, a fun-filled pool party, trivia night, skiing, scavenger hunts, and so much more. Whether it’s trying something new, building friendships, or just enjoying time together, there’s something for everyone to love.

Weekends like this create lasting memories, and we’re already counting down the days until we can do it all again next year!
