Join us tomorrow for a spin class with YEG Cycle - Spin Studio🚴‍♂️

Come get your sweat on, connect with members of our CHS community, and support a great cause all at the same time!

Our CHS Board members will be there, and we’d love to see our heart families, supporters, friends, and community members join us for a fun evening at YEG Cycle.

🎟️ Classes are just $16, with proceeds directly supporting the Children’s Heart Society and the programs and support we provide to children with heart disease and their families.

Whether you’re a seasoned spinner or have never stepped on a bike before, come ride with us! Bring a friend, bring your family, and help us make it a great night for CHS. ❤️

A research team at the Stollery Children’s Hospital is inviting parents and caregivers of children who have been hospitalized to participate in a brief survey about caregiver wellbeing.

The INSIGHT survey aims to better understand what feels manageable for families when being asked about their wellbeing during a child’s hospital stay. Feedback will help inform the design of a future study focused on measuring caregiver wellbeing in real time, while keeping participation respectful and not overly burdensome for families.

The survey is anonymous and takes approximately 2–5 minutes to complete. All hospital experiences are welcome, including families whose child has previously been admitted to an ICU.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated in the Children's Heart Society Online Auction! Because of your incredible generosity and support, we raised an amazing $1,792!

Whether you donated an item, placed a bid, shared our auction, or cheered us on, you played a part in making this fundraiser a success. Every dollar raised helps the Children's Heart Society continue providing education, support, connections, and hope to children living with congenital heart disease and their families.

We are so grateful to our wonderful community for standing beside us and helping make a difference. Together, we're creating brighter futures for heart families across Alberta.

At Children’s Heart Society, we believe that one of the greatest gifts we can offer heart families is connection. 💕

That’s why we love hosting events specifically for our heart parents! These events give parents the chance to step away from the day-to-day, connect with others who truly understand the unique journey of raising a child with a heart condition, and build friendships that last well beyond the event.

Most recently, our heart moms enjoyed a delicious brunch filled with laughter, meaningful conversations, and plenty of support. Meanwhile, our heart dads had a fantastic evening out together, sharing stories, enjoying each other’s company, and creating new friendships.

No one should have to walk this journey alone, and we’re so grateful to bring families together in a community where they feel seen, supported, and understood.

Thank you to everyone who joined us—we loved spending time with you and can’t wait for our next Moms’ and Dads’ event! ❤️
