We are officially launching the 75 Hours of Recreation & Parks Challenge! Can you log 75 hours of recreation and outdoor time throughout the month of June?

May 5th marks the National Day of Awareness for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls and Two-Spirit+ Individuals (MMIWG2S+), which coincides with “Red Dress Day.”

Our resource, "Recreation, Parks, and Justice: Advocating for MMIWG2S+ in Alberta", is designed to help our sector take meaningful action in response to the ongoing crisis of MMIWG2S+ individuals.

This resource offers practical tools, educational insights, and actionable strategies that align with the Calls for Justice and support reconciliation through a parks and recreation lens.
