Local 002 IDEA Committee presents Conflict Resolution Webinar on June 23 from 12 nn to 1PM

Attention Local 002 Members - there are still a few spots left in the IDEA Committee's upcoming Conflict Resolution Webinar, taking place Tuesday June 23, 2026 from 12 to 1 PM!

The webinar will help participants identify common patterns of workplace conflict, respond with empathy, and apply inclusive approaches to resolution.

The Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Accessibility (IDEA) Committee is pleased to invite you to our upcoming webinar!

The webinar will equip participants to respond when witnessing exclusion or harm, explore the psychology of inaction, and provide tools to act safely and effectively as an ally.

Learning Outcomes:
- Understand barriers to bystander action
- Learn when and how to intervene
- Apply the 5Ds of intervention to real-life workplace scenarios
