🚧 I’m sure some of you have already noticed a few changes starting to happen on your streets!
The City of Edmonton has begun installing the Vision Zero Street Lab measures throughout McQueen, including curb extensions, speed humps and speed tables.
The plan was developed following the City’s community engagement in Fall 2025 and reflects public feedback alongside traffic data, City design standards, transportation infrastructure legislation and engineering expertise.
As installation continues, there will be some changes to familiar streets, parking areas and driving routes, and we recognize this is a big change and it may take some time for everyone to adjust.
We welcome respectful discussion in this group.
📣 Have feedback? Submit directly to the City by contacting 311. Once installation is complete, the City will review community feedback along with traffic data to determine whether any adjustments are needed.
