The Spoke

The Spoke the spoke. is a free youth earn-a-bike mentorship and mechanic program for youth in Edmonton's urban core, run by Bike Edmonton.

Youth aged 12 - 17 are eligible to be part of the spoke. This FREE bike mechanic training program runs for 6 weeks in the Edmonton Bicycle Commuters' Society bike shop, BikeWorks North. Each participant leaves the spoke. with their very own-and personally tuned-bike, plus the skills to keep it running!
