HOPE starts with small actions. Try these daily practices to lift your spirit and strengthen your resilience:

1. Celebrate Small Wins: No matter how tiny, acknowledge your progress.
2. Gratitude Journaling: Write down three things you’re thankful for each morning.
3. Connect with Nature: Enjoying fresh air or sitting in the sunshine can do wonders.
4. Positive Affirmations: Say this to yourself: 'I am capable, strong, and deserving of happiness.'
5. Reach Out: Talk to someone who uplifts you—it’s okay to lean on others.

Start today, and remember: hope grows when you nurture it.

Today, December 3, marks The International Day of Persons with Disabilities.

This day is celebrated by the United Nations and highlights the challenges and barriers that people with disabilities face, as well as their successes. This year's theme, fittingly, is "Amplifying the Leadership of Persons with Disabilities for an Inclusive and Sustainable Future"

Here are some ways you can get involved in the celebration

💛Donate to disability charities
💛Improve accessibility, such as by installing wheelchair ramps (like purchasing a STOP GAP ramp for your business)
💛Strengthen discrimination policies
💛Assess the diversity of your employees
