- Do not park behind the building or block the bay areas of neighboring businesses.
- Neighboring bays must remain clear, as we have received multiple complaints from both our landlord and neighboring tenants.

Participants using a wheelchair or walker will be accommodated first at the back entrance. Please come to the back to inform us when you arrive so we can assist you accordingly.

Guiding Light: A 2025 Milestone

We’re grateful to share that Guiding Light supported over 20,000 families with free groceries in 2025, and provided more than 850 winter jackets in the same year.

What we do
TGLWES – Food Support: Providing food assistance through our food hamper program
Winter Clothing – Warming Heart Free Winter Jackets: Offering warm clothing to those in need
Support for Women & Families:** Helping with basic necessities of life through these programs

It was truly another successful Food Hamper Program, and we are deeply grateful to all our amazing volunteers who came out to serve. Your willingness to leave your families and dedicate your valuable time to supporting others does not go unnoticed. Your kindness, compassion, and commitment continue to make a meaningful difference in our community.

While no system is completely free from challenges, we believe that with greater understanding, patience, kindness, and consideration for one another, we can continue to build a more respectful, supportive, and positive environment for everyone.

Together, we can continue to make a lasting impact and do even better.

Notice to Followers:

To ensure that everyone has a fair opportunity to benefit from our program, we have advised that visits are limited to once per month per individual. Unfortunately, this guideline is not being followed consistently.

Going forward, measures will be implemented at our pick-up location to help enforce this policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to serve the community fairly and effectively.

Our representatives’ trip to the Legislature was more than just a visit — it was a beautiful moment of recognition for the impact Guiding Light continues to make in the community. What began as a small mustard seed planted in faith, compassion, and service is steadily growing into a strong tree bearing fruit for many lives.

We are honored to see the work of Guiding Light acknowledged at this level, and grateful for every volunteer, supporter, and community member who has been part of this journey. This recognition is a reminder that even the smallest beginnings, when nurtured with purpose and love, can grow into something that brings hope, healing, and transformation to countless people.

The journey continues, and we look forward to seeing even greater impact in the days ahead.
