The Wilderness Youth Challenge Program is a non profit wilderness camp program for youth. This program is one of the best we have come across for working with youth with all levels of personal challenges. The program and the protocols in place for safety and enviromental protection are top notch. This program is fully funded by donation and there is no cost to the participants.

WYCP is having a draw for a Valentines week in Costa Rica, all expenses paid, check out the add or go to their website to purchase tickets. Draw date is October 31st

We are so grateful for the generosity of the Edmonton Mustang Social Club donating the proceeds of their Engines For Empowerment Fundraiser to our Junior Bulldog Program. This donation will help us show kids experiencing any kind of abuse that they matter and have a community standing behind them,.

Thank you from the botton of our bulldog hearts

We had SUCH an incredible day this past Saturday and have finally had a moment to process the events (and all the numbers). It was a day full of highlights! This year’s ENGINES for EMPOWERMENT Car & Bike Charity Show was hosted at the beautiful space of Six Pak Saloon and raised funds for the important cause; UBAKA Edmonton, Events’ Junior Bulldog program. Thanks to an unbelievably supportive community, we are delighted to announce we have raised $2,150! 💖

THANK YOU SO MUCH to those who came out to make the event a fantastic success despite some questionable weather! You were dedicated to showing up and showing out! All the cars (and might I say, ALL THE MUSTANGS!) and bikes that registered for our show, and your raffle ticket & 50/50 ticket purchases, as well as the grill purchases and financial support got us to this number! Plus some wonderful toys for the Junior Bulldogs to enjoy! ❤️‍🔥

Plus our volunteers (Alex, Mariana, Spencer, Paris, and UBAKA’s own Charlie & Snoop) - this event would not have happened without all of your help! 💞

And my fellow partners in crime: 💕
EMSC co-admin James who created and owned the entire voting app and system
Garret who was graciously responsible for acquiring 100% of the amazing raffle prize donations and helped promote
And of course my husband who helped with just about everything behind the scenes for the last 6 months of planning and on the day of

And to have a space like Six Pak Saloon- what a special place. If you’ve never been, you need to go. But please join the Friends of the Six Pak Saloon fb group as it is private property. Debbie, the owner of the venue, has created such a welcoming vibe and her and her venue are a gem in this community. 💗

We also need to thank our amazing event supporters and contributors who made sure 100% of the proceeds will be going to our charity! 💝
