The Mosaic Minds Unconferences explore relevant topics through the form of wisdom-sharing from a ground-up, participant driven structure. Mosaic Minds uses an exciting new format called an unconference to exchange ideas, make connections and develop leadership skills. Unconferences are facilitated, live experiences that allow the knowledge, needs and questions of the audience to set the schedule.

Mosaic Minds brings YEG community members together to explore topics such as developing and sustaining community, renewable energy and food through a sustainable, socially just and progressive lens.
