🟦🌺 Teal Poppies 'Japanese Tea Ceremony'
Join us!

Pathways in the Kurimoto Japanese Garden returns. Start the afternoon with the Kita No Taiko Drummers; enjoy music, martial arts, displays, performances, tea ceremonies with the Matzukaze tea group and delicious Japanese food. End the evening by floating a lantern in the pond as darkness falls, a serene and beautiful experience. New this year, the “Way of Tea” - a demonstration, sampling and discussion among cultures that share an appreciation for a shared cup of tea, all in their own unique ways – with representatives of Japanese, Indigenous and South Asian cultures.

🟩 Sign up now for our new therapist-facilitated online group programs through Haven Point Health.

The Men's Group Therapy session is a 12-week, therapist-facilitated, virtual group counselling program delivered in a closed-cohort format. Each session includes topical presentations, discussions, exercises, and tools to support men's mental health — addressing anxiety, depression, PTSD, occupational stress, and trauma-related challenges.

Sessions are held virtually in a psychologically safe, identity-informed environment. The same closed group of participants meet weekly over 12 weeks, facilitated by a registered clinician with structured therapeutic content, peer discussion, and practical coping tools.

🟩 Men’s Group Therapy:
Duration: 12 weeks
📆 Start date TBD - sign up to reserve your space (No commitment required if time/dates do not work with your schedule)
Group Size: Up to 10 participants
