እዋናዊ መግለፂ ካቢኔ ጊዜያዊ ምምሕዳር ትግራይ

ንሕጊ ዝፃባእ ብዝኾነ ይኹን ኣካል ዝወሃብ ውሳነ ተቐባልነት የብሉን!

ንውሳነ ቤት ምኽሪ ፌደረሽን ስዒቡ ቦርድ መረፃ ኢትዮጵያ ኣመሓላሊፈዮ ዝበሎ ውሳነን ዝሃቦ መግለፅን ኣመልኪቱ ካቢኔ ግዝያዊ ምምሕዳር ትግራይ ውሳነ ኣመሓላሊፉ ኣሎ።

ቦርድ መረፃ ኢትዮጵያ ኣመሓላሊፈዮ ዝበሎ ውሳነ ንሕገ መንግስትን ሕገ መንግስታዊ ስርዓትን ዝጥሕስ መሬትን ህዝብን ትግራይ ካብ ትግራይ ብምንፃል ትግራይ ንምብትታን ዝዓለመ ፀረ ሕግን ፀረ ህዝብን ፃሕታራይ ውሳነ ከም ዝወሰነ ይፍለጥ።

ንኸም’ዚ ዝበለ ውሳነ ዝኾነ ዓይነት ሕጋዊ ረብሓ ህዝቢ ዝምልከት ኣመኽንዮ ክቐርበሉ ከም ዘይኽእል ካቢኔ ግዝያዊ ምምሕዳር ትግራይ ኣስሚሩሉ ኣሎ፡፡
እቶም ሕዚ ብቦርድ መረፃ ኢትዮጵያ ካብ ትግራይ ንምንፃል ዝፍተኑ ዘለዉ ከባብታት ኮን ደኾን ህዝብታት ብምግጫው ሕሱር ትርፊ ፖለቲካ ይርከበሎም ተባሂሉ እንተዘይኮይኑ ኣብ’ቲ “ሕጊ ንምኽባር” ተባሂሉ ኣብ ልዕሊ ትግራይ ዝተኸፈተ ኲናት ፅንተት ንምስላጥ ዝቐርብ ዝነበረ ተረኽ መንግስቲ ኢትዮጵያ ዘይነበረን ብታሪኽ፣ ብመንነትን ብሕገ መንግስትን ብዝኾነ ይኹን መለክዒ ትግራይ ምዃኖም ዘጠራጥር ዘይብሉን እዩ፡፡

ዝኾነ ዓይነት ሕቶ እንተሃልዩ እውን ብሕግን ብልዝብን ክፍታሕ ዝኽእል እምበር ህዝቢ ምስ ህዝቢ ናብ ግጭት ዘእንፍት ክኸውን ከም ዘይብሉ ንኣምን።

ምስ ጎረቤትናን ሓውናን ህዝቢ ኣምሓራ ኣፈላላይ እንተዘጋጥም እውን ብሕግን ልዝብን እሂንሚሂን ኢልና ክንፈትሖ ዝግባእ ብምዃኑ ናብ ካሊእ ግጭትን ኲናትን ዘእቱ ዘይሕጋዊ ውሳነ ክቃወሞ ፃዊዒትና ነቕርብ።

እቲ ሓቂ ከም’ዚ እናሃለወ ቤት ምኽሪ ፌደሬሽን ብሕገ መንግስቲ ካብ ዝተውሃቦ ሓላፍነት ወፂኡ እሞ ድማ ውክልና ትግራይ ኣብ ዘይብሉ ተራ መሳርሒ ፖለቲካዊ ሃልኪ ብምዃን ህዝብን መረበቱን ብሕገ መንግስቲ ካብ ዝፍለጥ ክልል ቆሪሱ ከውፅእ ምውሳኑ፣ ቦርድ መረፃ ድማ ሕገ መንግስታዊ ሓላፍነቱን ትካላዊ ነፃነቱን ንጎኒ ገዲፉ ን’ዚ ውሳነ ከም ሕጋዊ ብምውሳድ ኣብ ተመሳሳሊ ተግባር ምእታዉ ሕግን ትካላውነትን ጨፍሊቕካ ትግራይ ናብ ዝኸፍአ ኩነታት ንምስጣሕ ዓሊሙ ዝተኣለመ ሽርሒ ምዃኑ ኩሉ ክርዳእ ይግባእ።

ኣፈላላይ ሓሳባት ንጎኒ ብምግዳፍ ኩሎም ተጋሩ ኣብ መሰረታዊ ዋኒናት ህዝቢ ትግራይ ኣብ ሓደ ደው ብምባል ዝሃብዎ ግብረመልሲን ንመሰረታዊ መሰላቶምን ሃለዋቶምን ምርግጋፅ ዘርአይዎ ወነን ቃልስን ታሪኽ ሓድነት ተጋሩ ዘሐደሰን እቲ ክኸውን ዝግብኦን ምዃኑ ግዝያዊ ምምሕዳር ትግራይ ብኣፅንኦት ይገልፅ፡፡

መብዛሕትኦም ድምፆም ዘስዕምዑ ተወለድቲ ካልእ ብሄር እውን ነቲ በደልን ሓደግኡን ብውነ ብምስትብሃል ነዚ ከምዚ ዝበለ እከይ ተግባር ንምኹናን ዝሓዝዎ ቅኑዕ መርገፂ ኣድናቖትና እናገለፅና ግጉይ መርገፂ ዝሓዙ ውሑዳት ውዳበታት ድማ ካብ ጌጋኦም ብህፁፅ ክእረሙ ነተሓሳስብ፡፡

መንግስቲ ኢትዮጵያ ነዚ ካብ ሕግን ርትዕን ፍፁም ዝርሓቐ፣ ካብ እቲ ሐዚ ዘሎ ኩነታት ዝኸፍአ ሓደጋ ክወልድ ዝኽእልን እዚ እዩ ክብሃል ዝኽእል ረብሓ ዘይብሉን ዘመሓላለፎ ውሳነ ብቕልጡፍ ክእርሞ ንፅውዕ።

ምስላጥ ሕጋዊ መረፃ ህዝቢ ትግራይ ከቢድ ዋጋ ዝኸፈለሉ መሰል ከምዝኾነ እናዘኻኸርና ኣብ ትሕቲ ጎበጣ ዘሎ ህዝቢ ሓራ ክወፅእ፣ ተፈናቐልትን ስደተኛታትን ናብ መረበቶም ክምለሱ፣ ከምኡ ድማ ሰላም ሰፊኑ ዓለምለኻዊ መለክዕታት ዘማልአ ሓቀኛ መረፃ ኣብ መላእ ትግራይ ዝካየደሉ ኩነታት ምፍጣር እናተኽኣለ ግዝኣት ትግራይ ብኢደ ወነንካ ገኒዕኻ ምሃብ ግን ብሕግን ብታሪኽን ዘሕትት ምዃኑ ክፍለጥ ይግባእ።

ድሕሪ ምኽባር መሰረታዊ መሰላት ህዝብን ግዝኣታዊ ሓድነትን ትግራይ ድማ ኣብ ዝተፈላለየ ሰልፊ ፖለቲካ ዘለዉ ኩሎም ውድባት ፖለቲካ ዘሳትፍ መረፃ ክካየድ ትፅቢት ንገብር።

ብርክት ዝበሉ ውዳበታት ነቲ ዝተመሓላለፈ ኢ-ሕገ መንግስታዊ ኣካይዳ ንምኹናን ዝኸድዎ ርሕቐት እናነኣድና ድላዩ ዓይነት ኣፈላላይ ዋላ ይሃሉ ትርጉም ሓቀኛ ትግራዋይነት ቁልጭ ኣቢሉ ዘርኢ ሓድነት ስለ ዝፈጠረን ተጋሩ ኣብ መንነቶምን ክብሮምን ከም ዘይዋገዩ ምስክርነት ዝህብ ስለ ዝኾነን ሕገ መንግስታዊ ስርዓት ንክኽበር ዘርኣይዎ ድልውነት እናነኣድና ኣጠናኺሮም ክቕፅልሉ ንፅውዕ።

ሰላም ናይ ኩል ግዜ ሕርያ ህዝቢ ትግራይ ከም ዝኾነ እናረጋገፅና ሕዚ እውን መንግስቲ ኢትዮጵያ ህዝቢ ንህዝቢ ኣብ ዘቀራርቡ እምበር ጎነፅን ፅልእን ኣብ ዝፈጥሩ ኣጀንዳታት ክፅመድ ከምዘይግባእ ነተሓሳስብ።

Official Statement from the Tigray Communication Affairs Bureau

​The statement issued by the National Electoral Board of Ethiopia (NEBE) regarding the constitutional territories of Tigray lacks legality.

​Based on the decision passed today, February 23, 2026 , by the National Electoral Board of Ethiopia regarding five electoral constituencies in Tigray, the position of the Interim Administration of Tigray is as follows:

​1. The Territorial Integrity of Tigray is Non-Negotiable

​The five woredas (districts) mentioned in the Electoral Board's statement are historical and constitutional territories of Tigray that are currently under occupation; they are not outside of Tigray's jurisdiction.
​It is a fact well-known to both the international community and the Federal Government that Tigrayan land has been held by occupying forces from the time of the genocidal war until now. Therefore, presenting land under occupation as "disputed" is unacceptable.
​As the saying goes, "trying to chew sand that isn't your parched grain" (an exercise in futility), attempting to conduct an election while displaced people are languishing in tents and other dire conditions has no meaning other than an attempt to prolong power.

​2. Violation of the Pretoria Agreement

​The Pretoria Agreement explicitly mandates that the territorial integrity—referring to areas that were under Tigray’s administration prior to the genocidal war and are currently occupied—must be restored to the Interim Administration of Tigray. Today's statement serves no purpose other than providing a legal cover for the occupation.

​3. The Issue of Displaced Persons and Elections

​Tigrayans belonging to the aforementioned districts are currently displaced from their homes, living in suffering and misery within IDP camps. Any election conducted before these citizens are returned to their homes with dignity and security is absolutely unacceptable.
​Priority must be given to the safety and return of the displaced; making decisions about their land while they remain in exile is a crime.

​4. Distortion of the Constitutional Order

​While the displaced are in agony and Tigrayan land is occupied by settlers, conducting an election in the absence of the rightful owners is divorced from reality and violates the constitutional order.
​The statement issued by the National Electoral Board of Ethiopia is unconstitutional, anti-Pretoria Agreement, carves up the territorial integrity of Tigray like "partitioned meat," and incites conflict.
​
This statement is part of a long-brewing conspiracy that violates the sovereignty of the people and barters away the dignity and identity of the people of Tigray.

Call to Action:

​Regardless of any internal or external political differences, the Interim Administration of Tigray calls upon all Tigrayans to rise with one voice and one spirit to oppose this unjust decision and to strengthen unity to respect the sovereignty of Tigray.

ህዝብና ኣብዚ ቤት ምኽሪ እዚ ዝኾነ ውክልና ዘይብሉ እናሃለወ ዝተወሰነ ምዃኑ ድማ ትርጉም ኣልቦ ይገብሮ፤ ኣብዚ ሕዚ እዋን፣ በዓል ዋና ናይቲ ዓዲ ዝኾነ ህዝቢ ካብ ዓዱ ተፈናቒሉ ኣብ መረበቱ ኣብ ዘየለሉ ስዓት፣ ገሊኡ ክፋል ህዝብና ኣብ ትሕቲ ዘይሕጋዊ ምምሕዳር ይሳቐ ኣብ ዘለሉ እዋን፣ ኣሽሓት ህዝብና ድማ ኣብ ፍቖዶ ሱዳንን ግብፅን ኣብ ዝተበተነሉ እዋን ነዚ ህዝቢ ንስቓዩ ኣብ ክንዲ ፍታሕ ምሃብን ጎንፂ ጠጠው ንምባል መተዓረቓይ ፖለቲከዊ ውሳነ ኣብ ክንዲ ምውሳንን መጠን ምትፍናን ዘዕቢ ሓደገኛ ውሳነ ምውሳኑ ንኹንን።

ህዝብና መረበቱን ንብረቱን ራሕሪሑ ኣብ ውሽጢ ሃገርን ካብ ሃገር ወፃኢን ተበቲኑ "እዚ እየ ዝደሊ እዚ ግበሩለይ" ንምባል ኣብ ዘይኽእለሉ ስዓት እዚ ውሳነ ምውሳኑ፣ ነቲ ብሓይሊ ዝተፈፀመ ምምዝባልን ምብታንን ህዝቢ ሕጋዊ ሽፋን ንምሃብ ዝግበር ፃዕሪ ጌርና ድማ ንወስዶ።

በዚ መሰረት ስቪል ማሕበረሰብ ወልቃይት እዚ ውሳነ ብቕልጡፍ ጠጠው ክብልን ፅሑፋዊ መአረምታ ክግበረሉን ብፅኑዕ ይፅውዕ።

Today, 7 January, as our communities mark Eastern Christmas, we also carry the grief of the 5th anniversary. On a day meant for prayer, family, and hope, people were massacred in their homes while celebrating a holiday. We remember every life taken, every family shattered, and every person still missing.

We refuse to let this be reduced to a moment of silence and then forgotten. Remembrance must lead to truth. Truth must lead to justice. We stand with survivors and families in and across , and we renew our commitment to victim-led documentation, memorialisation, and sustained advocacy until accountability is real, not symbolic.
