As we prepare and organize what we are hoping is our best BNM to date, we are both giddy and annoyed that some people want to imitate what we've built over the last 9 years.

We’ve received multiple reports of scam emails targeting our past vendors and supporters. While we’re flattered by the imitation, we are not okay with our community being cheated out of their hard earned artisan income.

These fraudulent emails are coming from fake Gmail accounts posing as the Beaumont Night Market committee or Empowering Women Entrepreneurs. We are actively working on solutions to reduce these attacks, but we need your help to shut them down for good.

A huge thank you to everyone who has alerted us! Your feedback is invaluable. We’re grateful for this community’s support and look forward to kicking these scammers out of our space together.

If you feel you have received a fraudulent message, please contact us directly through our website at EmpoweringWe.net.
